2. Our Timepieces

BÛTÓN offers timepieces, straps and selected accessories through its official online boutique.

Our timepieces are produced or prepared following individual orders. This made-to-order approach allows us to manage production with intention and attention to each acquisition.

Product descriptions, specifications, available configurations and prices are presented on the relevant product pages.

Any personalisation requested by a client must be confirmed as part of the purchase agreement.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that your selected products, personalisation details, delivery information and contact information are accurate.

Following checkout, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

Orders are governed by the product information, prices and conditions presented during checkout.

If you wish to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be assessed in accordance with the production status and applicable consumer rights.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges and any additional charges payable to BÛTÓN will be disclosed before the order is completed.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

For international orders, any applicable import duties or charges will be handled as stated before purchase and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Made-to-Order Production

Each BÛTÓN watch is produced or prepared following the placement of an order.

Production and delivery estimates may vary according to the selected product, any personalisation and the circumstances of fulfilment.

Any applicable delivery estimate will be communicated before purchase or as part of the order information.

Should a material delay occur, we will contact the customer and respect any rights available under applicable consumer legislation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Customers should ensure that their shipping information is complete and accurate.

Delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery periods are provided through our checkout process or our Shipping & Delivery information.

Risk relating to a consumer purchase transfers in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Returns, Withdrawal & Personalised Orders

Because BÛTÓN timepieces are made to order, we do not provide an additional voluntary return or exchange service for a change of mind.

Products genuinely created according to a customer's individual specifications, or those with a clearly personal character, may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

Standard products produced following an order remain subject to statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.

BÛTÓN is committed to supplying products that correspond to their descriptions and the requirements of the purchase agreement.
