HOW LONG DOES A WATCH TAKE TO ARRIVE?+
Every HELLUTINI timepiece is made to order. You should expect delivery in approximately eight weeks, subject to your chosen configuration.
CAN I PERSONALISE MY HELLUTINI?+
Yes. Selected watches have an option to add initials or your own logo to the dial. Choose the personalisation option when placing your order, then send the details to mbh@butonwatches.com.
WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?+
Many HELLUTINI models have 36 mm and 40 mm options. Please check the specific product page for the current variants available on that reference.
HOW CAN I ORDER?+
Choose your model, size and dial option, add your selection to the bag and complete checkout. If the watch is unavailable, contact us directly for guidance.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE NORWAY?+
We can discuss delivery within Scandinavia and internationally. Costs and timelines outside Norway are confirmed on request.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY WATCH?+
Arrange periodic professional servicing for your automatic timepiece. Avoid showering or swimming with your BûTóN unless its specific verified water-resistance rating supports that use.
